Eligibility
Sugar Daddy Atlanta is available to adults 20 years of age and older. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: solicitation or facilitation of commercial sexual services; impersonation of another person; sharing another member's private information without consent; harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour; creating fake or misleading profiles; requesting money from other members before meeting in person; using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Profile Accuracy
You agree that your profile represents you accurately. False information, including age, photos of others, or fabricated income or lifestyle details, is grounds for immediate account termination.
User Conduct
All members are expected to treat each other with respect. Sugar Daddy Atlanta does not facilitate or endorse any specific connection between members. Any agreement between members is entirely their own responsibility and does not involve the platform.
Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant Sugar Daddy Atlanta a license to display that content to other members as part of the platform's normal operation. Explicit sexual content is prohibited.
Privacy & Safety
Members are responsible for their own safety. We provide tools including blocking, reporting, and profile visibility controls. We strongly recommend meeting in public for the first time. The platform is not responsible for what happens between members outside the platform.
Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, for conduct we deem harmful to the community, or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
Limitation of Liability
Sugar Daddy Atlanta is a platform that facilitates connections between adults. We are not responsible for the actions of members, the outcome of any connection or meeting, or any harm that occurs between members. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
